Like most people in quarantine, I dove into several creative projects throughout the endless days at home. I picked up a paintbrush again. These works are more contemplative in the context of BIPOC representation (and reflecting on the lack of diversity in my own past work) with Black Lives Matter or explicit messaging to play with political rhetoric around mask-wearing and anti-Asian sentiment during the pandemic.
